Winemaking method: The ideal terrain, blessed with granite geology, allows us to avoid the use of pesticides as much as possible and obtain juice with low acidity. We use only the best juice from the first gentle pressing. We do not use malolactic fermentation, and we make wine that makes the most of the delicate aromas and fresh flavor characteristics of the varieties.
