A rare blend with an exquisite balance between the mellow floral Chardonnay and the refreshing Aligoté. You can also feel the aroma of pear, white flowers, and a slight hint of oak.

Winemaking: Organically grown, with strict yield and harvest control. Clay soils. Hand-picked and sorted. Fermented in oak barrels. Aged 10 months in 500L French oak barrels (20% new). Tangential filtration. DIAM5 corks.
The wine is made from three clay-rich plots at the foot of the Mercurey hills, two very old Aligote plots and one Chardonnay plot.
